The Grief Recovery Method

 totally changes how

we address and heal from any form of loss.

It shifts support, from

Discovery to Recovery! "

The cause of loss is intellectual.

but the response to loss is emotional.

Yet, most therapeutic support is intellectual,

focussing on discovery, which increases

a persons understanding of a loss

but does very little to help a

persons recovery from a loss.

Loss is cumulative.

Therefore if it's is not dealt with, it can get worse. Losses that are not acknowledged

can stay with us for many years

the impact can stop us from leading

fulfilled and free from grief lives.

We can suffer from a multitude of

significant and different losses and

its hard to know where and what to do.

How can we help?

The Grief Recovery Method is an evidenced based educational action programme.

The programme teaches you how to

to take a series of steps which when

taken in a particular order,

enables you  to heal and recover

 from a bereavement or loss.

This is not Therapy,

but the process is therapeutic.
